Room Of The Day - The most unusual staircase

I am starting this column with periodical publications in my blog, Room Of The Day,  where my regular visitors will be able to see my selection of stunning interior designs. Here is my first choice:

One would think that it is made by several diverse elements found somewhere else and reused in the most ingenious way. I would like to know the name of the designer. What I could find is only that it is part of a design showroom - congratulations for the designer :)
